Manos Entrelazadas South Side Alliance (MESA) is a mutual aid group providing people with free food, clothes, toiletries, bedding, and other essentials. Our free store is open Mondays 4-6pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm. Our food pantry is open Mondays 4-6pm.

15 West is a free hyperlocal newsroom serving Chicago's West Side and suburbs. We train and pay residents to report their own stories. Submit neighborhood tips, access investigations, and join free media literacy workshops. News in English and Spanish.

A BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ owned therapy practice that provides individual, parenting and family therapy. We accept BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO and Cigna PPO insurance plans, and have a sliding scale available for those not utilizing insurance.
