Pilsen Food Pantry distributes no-cost food, personal essentials and household items to anyone in need in Chicago, while also connecting clients to social supports and immigrant resources.

A BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ owned therapy practice that provides individual, parenting and family therapy. We accept BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO and Cigna PPO insurance plans, and have a sliding scale available for those not utilizing insurance.
